Statistics show that 29 countries have conducted coal bed methane (CBM) research and begun CBM exploration and development. The United States is the first and most successful country whose industry scale is the largest. Other countries like Australia, Canada, UK, Russia, Indian, Poland and Germany, these main coal producing countries, also began exploring and developing CBM and accordingly made encouragement policies and regulations to facilitate the development of its CBM industry. This article introduces other countries' experiences and provides experiences for our countries in CBM technologies, policies and management to facilitate further development of our CBM industry.%据不完全统计,全球开展,煤层气研究、勘探和开发活动的国家已有29个.煤层气开发最早、最成功、产业化规模最大是美国.其他开展煤层气开发试验工作的国家主要有澳大利亚、加拿大、俄罗斯、印度、英国、德国、波兰、捷克等,出台了相关的鼓励和扶持政策与条例,从而形成与发展本国的煤层气产业.本文将通过对各国煤层气产业的介绍,为我国在煤层气技术、政策、管理等方面提供借鉴,以利于我国煤层气产业的进一步发展.
