基于三角形剖分算法建立三维巷道模型的研究

         

摘要

ACAD is universally used in china mine, 2D-roadway model of mine is setup contour waist which is consisted by two measured line. It is shows that the 3D-roadway model of mine is set up by triangulation algorithm based on 2D-roadway model. There two methods: (1) based on the measured data and calculation results, using the results to achieve 3D-roadway model; (2) based on 2D-roadway figure analysis, using the triangulation algorithm method to achieve 3D-roadway model. First, constrained Delaunay method is used and the roadway is formed 3D-roadway bottom by triangulation method; Second, subdivided triangles are divided into three type; Last, arch of roadway is formed. The arch is formed by three different broken methods. At the same time, the sides of roadway are also formed. Based on roadway triangulation algorithm, ACIS method is used to transfor the 2D-roadway to 3D-roadway. Then, a variety of Boolean calculation of 3D-roadway can be achieved. 3D-solid model of roadway is applied to mine, and the three-dimensional triangulation algorithm can be a basis on the mining working and study.%目前,ACAD在我周矿山使用最为普遍,矿山巷道普遍采用由两条实测巷道轮廓腰线来进行二维描述.本文主要讨论怎样使二维巷道转变成拱形三维实体巷道的技术.一种方法是将实测数据整理和计算,通过计算结果实现模型建立.另一种方法是通过对二维巷道的图形分析研究,首先采用带约束的Delaunay方法,对巷道进行三角剖分来形成巷道底面,然后将剖分后的三角形划分成三类,分别进行三种不同的碎分方法来形成巷道拱顶,同时也形成巷道的侧面.在完成巷道完全三角剖分的基础上:引入ACIS技术将巷道进一步转变为三维实体,从而可以实现各种三维实体的布尔运算.巷道三维实体模型的建立已应用到实际矿山,为采矿作业及研究打下了基础.
