The characteristics of mineral and grain composition, moreover, occurrent state of main valuable minerals in lead zinc tailing in southeast asia are tested . And the results indicate that sphalerite as the main kind of zinc-bearing mineral is easy to beneficiate because of its even disseminated grain size distribution, but the lead-bearing mineral is presented mainly as cerussite and anglesite with subtle disseminated grain size, so it is difficult to get a higher benefication technology target.
