全世界核电大发展带来了巨大的铀需求,随着我国核电发展战略由适度发展转变为积极发展甚至是大力发展,我国铀资源供应急需扩大.当前,我国经济发展形势良好,具备走出去的主客观条件.以上这些因素,都为我国铀矿业走出去提供了很好的机遇；但同时由于国际上已探明大型铀矿已经被他国公司抢占先机,国内对利用国外铀资源配套政策还不到位,国内铀矿企业相关人才缺乏,以及因铀资源的特殊性导致的政治外交风险等,又给铀矿业走出去带来一系列挑战.%In order to realize the low carbon economic, China had decided to develop nuclear power actively; therefore there will be a great demand of uranium in China in a short time. It gives opportunities for the uranium mining company in China to go abroad to explore uranium. But there are also a lot of obstacles or challenges for them to "going out", such as lack of government policy, lack of talents who know well of the management of international uranium mining company and the legislation and policy of foreign countries, the main uranium mines had been controlled by others and the political risk.
