目的 分析高黏度骨水泥PVP与低黏度骨水泥PVP治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的临床效果.方法 将2016年3月15日~2017年11月15日在本院接受PVP治疗的34例骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,电脑随机编码分成对照组(低黏度骨水泥)、观察组(高黏度骨水泥),每组17例.对比两组的各项得分与术后并发症.结果 观察组手术之后脊柱功能障碍得分(11.36±3.32)分、腰痛程度得分(2.25±0.10)分、骨水泥渗漏、肺栓塞、临近椎体骨折发生率均比对照组要低(P<0.05).结论 高黏度骨水泥PVP比低黏度骨水泥PVP治疗骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折更加安全有效.%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high viscosity cement PVP and low viscosity cement PVP on osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 34 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures treated with PVP in our hospital from March 15th, 2016 to November 15th, 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group (low viscosity cement) and observation group(high viscosity cement), with 17 cases in each group. The scores and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared. Results The spine dysfunction score (11. 36± 3. 32 points) and lumbago score(2. 25±0. 10 points), the incidence of bone cement leakage, pulmonary embolism, vertebral fractures was lower than the that of the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion PVP with high viscosity is more effective and safer than PVP with low viscosity in treating osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.
