Objective To observe the improving effect in life quality for liver cancer patients treated with Yiqi Huayu Xiaoji formula combined with point-application. Methods A total of 60 patients were divided into control group (30 cases) and treatment group (30 cases) at random. The control group was treated with therapies of liver protection and nutritional support. And the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Xiaoji formula combined with point-applica-tion, on the basic of the KPS scores and symptoms and signs of TCM control group. Then the therapeutic effects of both groups were observed. Results That all the indexes were obviously improved in the treatment group after treat-ment. Besides, compared to control group, there were significant differences in changes of KPS scores and symptoms and signs of TCM (P<0.05). Conclusion The study indicates that the therapy of Yiqi Huayu Xiaoji formula combined with point-application can alleviate symptoms and signs effectively, enhance the life quality, and prolong life.%目的：观察益气化瘀消积方联合穴位贴敷改善肝癌患者生存质量的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例；对照组采用护肝及营养支持治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用益气化瘀消积方联合穴位贴敷治疗，然后观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者治疗后在KPS和中医症状体征方面有明显改善，且KPS和症状体征的变化较对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明，益气化瘀消积方联合穴位贴敷能有效缓解和解除患者症状体征，提高生存质量，延长生命。
