“中国制造2025”“一带一路”“大众创业、万众创新”及“互联网+”等，都将为职业教育发展带来新机遇与挑战，高等职业教育健康发展必须有新的理念、新思路、新举措。分析“互联网+”对装备制造类专业人才岗位结构、人才岗位规格和高职教学模式、教学方法、评价认证等的冲击。对协同创新、学校治理、师资建设、培养模式等方面探索对策，主动适应“互联网+”新常态，提高装备制造专业人才培养质量。%"Made in China 2025", "One Belt And One Road", "public entrepreneurship, people's innovation" and "Internet +" etc., will bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of the vocational education. Healthy development of higher vocational education requires that we must have new ideas, new thinking and new measures. This paper has analyzed the impact of "Internet +" on professional talent post structure, job speciifcation and the higher vocational teaching mode, teaching methods, evaluation certiifcation, etc of equipment manufacturing. It also has explored countermeasures of collaborative innovation, school management, teachers' construction, cultivation mode,etc. so as to adapt to the new normal "Internet +" and improve the quality of professional talent training in equipment manufacturing .
