以问卷、访谈等方法，对云服务平台下的高校学生大学英语泛在学习行为进行调查研究，结果显示大部分高校已经基本具备泛在学习的硬件条件，大学英语师生对泛在学习理念趋于认同，“自带设备上学”的泛在学习方式是信息化云时代的主要趋势。高校应该进一步构建交互式开放式的大学英语学习平台，引导学生采取建构式的自主学习方式，改革课程评价模式，转变大学英语教师传统角色，开展泛在学习环境下的大学英语课程教学模式创新实践活动。%Methods such as questionnaire, and interviews were adopted in this paper to investigate the changes of English learning concepts and behaviors of college students under the environment of U-learning. Results showed that most of the colleges and universities have already possessed the basic hardware conditions of U-learning, College English teachers and students tended to agree on the concept of U-learning. The ubiquitous learning of Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) to school is the main trend in the era of information cloud. Colleges and universities should further build interactive open College English learning platform, guide the students to take constructive learning style, reform curriculum evaluation mode, change the traditional roles of College English teachers and develop creative teaching methods under ubiquitous learning environment.
