军队院校国家级实验教学示范中心承担着人才培养与服务部队的职能，建立开放共享的教学环境，对充分发挥中心的教学和人才资源，提升人才培养质量，服务部队能力具有重要意义。结合军队院校特点充分分析了开放共享的必要性，提出了实验教学中心开放共享改革思路，探索了以网络教学管理信息系统为支撑的开放共享运行模式。该模式建立了院校与部队的互动交流机制，促进院校教学向部队靠拢、向实战聚焦，有利于实验教学中心人才培养和服务部队能力的提升。%National experimental teaching demonstration center inmilitary academiestakes responsibility for talents cultivation and servicing for army.
