It is an irreversible trend that the provincial and municipal universities transform into universities of applied technology(UAT). UAT participate into regional cooperative innovation can helps universities to identify the target of school development, and promote the strength of university as well. This thesis, from the importance of development, points out the beneifts of UAT participating into regional cooperative innovation, and discusses the institutional structure of the participation from the points of establishing educational structure, and promoting project-directed system.%地方高校向应用技术型高校转型是我国高等教育发展的必然趋势。应用技术型高校参与区域协同创新将有助于高校进一步明确建设目标，提升办学实力。本文从发展重要性点明了应用技术型高校参与区域协同创新的有益作用，并从建立扶持培育机制、推行协调发展机制、推动项目引导机制等方面对应用技术型高校与区域协同创新融合机制进行研究探讨。
