依托工程流体力学精品课程建设过程中的工作实践，与课程自身特点相结合，以专业培养方案为出发点，从素质教育的基础工作和关键环节着手，坚持以培养海洋工程特色人才为目标，围绕人才培养主题，注重教学团队、教材、实验室以及校外产学研基地建设，抓好本科生创新项目、毕业设计题目、参与教师科研项目三环节，积极探索创新型人才培养模式。%Relying on the excellent course of Engineering Fluid Mechanics, practices are combined with its own characteristics of curriculum. Starting from the professional training programs, and proceeding from the basic work and the key link of quality education, the goal of culturing the talents of marine engineering is adhered to. Focusing on personnel training subject, construction of teaching team, teaching materials, laboratory, and extramural research base is paid more attention than before. Grasping three links including the undergraduate innovation project, graduation design topic, and participating in teachers' research projects, the modes of cultivating innovative talents are actively explored.
