校企协同创新背景下的研究生导师团队建设研究与实践

         

摘要

In recent years, with the increasing enrollment of the college graduate students while the relatively rather slower increase of the graduate advisors, the graduate advisors are faced with increasingly heavier teaching task, meantime they also take on many tasks of scientiifc research. Thus they have much less time to fulifll themselves to become a high-level and innovative person increasingly demanded by the society. In view of the situation above, the establishment of the interdisciplinary graduate advisors research team composed of the distinctive experts from both colleges and enterprises will improve the overall academic performances of the graduate students and broaden their horizon. And it is the most efifcient way to nurture the interdisciplinary innovative persons required by the society.%近年来,随着高校持续扩招,在校研究生人数不断增加,而研究生导师人数增加相对缓慢,同时由于导师在承担人才培养工作的同时还担负大量的科研任务,导致自身无法及时进行知识的更新。构建由校企双方知名专家组成跨学科专业的研究生导师团队,有利于团队研究生学术水平的提高和知识面的拓宽,是培养复合型创新性人才,满足社会需求的最为有效的途径。
