Teaching innovation of this course, which takes the specific learning goal of communication engineering for independent colleges and students’ practical learning ability into account, is necessary concerning the course’s teaching contents, methodology, and experimentation. Practice has shown that teaching innovation helps to inspire students’ learning interest and facilitates the enhancement of students’ comprehensive capabilities, hence leading to better teaching results.
