Objective To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with montelukast in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods 70 cases of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumo-nia admitted to Pediatrics Department of Chenghai District People’s Hospital of Shantou City from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group, the control group were treated with azithromycin,the treatment group were treated with montelukast adjunctive therapy on the basis of control group,the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of fever,cough and hospital stay of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was signifi-cant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.71%,higher than 77.14% of control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with montelukast in treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can shorten the course,the effect is significant,is worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法将2012年3月~2014年3月汕头市澄海区人民医院儿科收治确诊的70例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各35例，对照组采用阿奇霉素进行治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组发热、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为97.71%，明显高于对照组的77.14%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎可缩短病程，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
