Objective To explore the influence of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the ability of daily life in pa-tient with traumatic brain injury in recovery phase. Methods 126 patients with traumatic brain injury in our hospital from January 2013 to February 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,the score of Barthel and Harris in two groups was compared. Re-sults The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.7%,which was higher than 77.8%in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of Barthel and Harris in two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of Barthel and Harris in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can pro-mote the rehabilitation of patients with craniocerebral trauma and improve the ability of daily life.%目的：探讨康复护理干预对颅脑外伤恢复期患者日常生活能力的影响。方法选取本院2013年1月~2014年2月收治的126例脑外伤患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各63例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予康复护理干预,比较两组的护理效果、Barthel评分、Harris评分。结果观察组的总有效率为93.6%,显著高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(字2=5.16,P<0.05)。两组护理后的Barthel、Harris评分显著高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的Barthel、Harris评分显著高于对照组护理后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理干预能够促进脑外伤患者的康复,提高其日常生活能力。
