Objective To explore the clinical values of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of chronic nasosinusi-tis and nasal polyps. Methods 62 patients with chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected as research objects and evenly divided into observation group and control group in ran-dom.Conventional radical operation combined with western drug therapy was adopted to control group,while nasal endo-scopic surgery combined with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine was applied to observation group. The clinical therapeutic effect and time of symptoms alleviating between two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate in observation group was much higher than that in control group (P<0.05).The postoperative re-currence rate in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Alleviation time of nasal obstruction, running nose,nasal mucosa edema,olfaction recovery,vesicle disappearing,cleaning in surgical cavity,epithelization of mucosa in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion In comparison with conventional radical surgery on treating patients with chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyps,nasal endoscopic surgery can more effectively remove diseased tissue,and open the opening of paranasal sinus for drainage.Postoperative therapy combining with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine can alleviate symptoms sooner,and its effect is also superior to that by conventional western therapy.%目的：探讨经鼻内镜手术在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2012年3月~2013年3月本院收治的62例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象，随机分成观察组与对照组，各31例，对照组给予传统根治术联合西药治疗，观察组给予经鼻内镜手术联合中西医治疗，对比两组临床治疗效果及症状缓解时间。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；术后复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组鼻塞流涕、黏膜水肿、嗅觉恢复、囊泡消失、术腔清洁、黏膜上皮化缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统根治术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉，经鼻内镜可有效清除患者病变组织，开放鼻窦窦口，达到引流目的，术后以中西医结合辅助治疗可使患者症状缓解更快，效果优于常规西医治疗。
