Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on life quality of patients with hyperthyroidism treated by 131I. Methods 200 cases with hyperthyroidism treated by 131I from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,100 cases in each group.The con-trou group was given conventional nursing,the intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The level of FT3,FT4,TSH and the change of thyroid weight before and after intervention in two groups was observed,the score of health knowledge mastery and the cognitive behavior change,the score of life quality before and after intervention in two groups was compared. Results The level of FT3,FT4 and thyroid weight in the intervention group after intervention was lower than that in the control group after intervention,the level of TSH in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05). The score of health knowledge mastery and the cognitive behavior change in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference (P<0.05).The score of life quality in the intervention group after intervention was higher than that in the control group after intervention,with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of patients with hyperthy-roidism treated by 131I,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨护理干预对131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年4月~2014年1月在本院就诊的200例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与干预组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组的基础上给予护理干预。观察两组干预前后的FT3、FT4、TSH水平及甲状腺重量的变化；比较两组干预前后的健康知识掌握及认知行为改变评分、生活质量评分。结果干预组干预后的FT3、FT4水平及甲状腺重量显著低于对照组干预后,TSH水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后的健康知识掌握、认知行为改变评分显著高于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组干预后的生活质量评分显著高于对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能显著提高131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
