Objective To observe influences of simvastatin combined with trimetazidine on hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP), blood glucose, insulin resistance and blood lipids in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients combined with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and CHD whose glycosylated hemoglobin was less than 7%in all participants who were not applied with insulin for treatment were added with 20 mg simvastatin once per night and 20 mg trimetazidine hydrochloride three times per day for 12 weeks treatment.The changes of hs-CRP,blood glucose,insulin and blood lipids before and after treatment was observed and insulin sensitivi-ty index (ISI) was calculated respectively. Results After treatment,hs-CRP was reduced compared with prior treatment (P<0.05).The total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was lower than that before treatment espectively(P<0.05).Levels of fasting insulin and 2 hours postprandial insulin was decreased in comparison with that be-fore treatment respectively (P<0.05).Insulin sensitivity was increased after treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant changes in blood glucose levels before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin combined with trimetazi-dine can decrease the levels of hs-CRP and lipids,but increase insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes mel-litus and CHD.%目的：观察辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血糖、胰岛素抵抗及血脂的影响。方法选择2013年11月~2014年11月本院收治的2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者60例，所有患者糖化血红蛋白均<7%，均未使用胰岛素治疗，给予辛伐他汀(20 mg，1次/晚)联合盐酸曲美他嗪(20 mg，3次/d)治疗12周，观察治疗前后hs-CRP、血糖、胰岛素及血脂的变化，并计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果治疗后hs-CRP较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，总胆固醇、三酰甘油及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，空腹胰岛素和餐后2 h胰岛素水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，治疗后胰岛素敏感性增大(P<0.05)，治疗前后血糖水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪可降低2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者hs-CRP及血脂水平，同时可增加胰岛素敏感性。
