临床护士自主学习能力与创新行为的相关性研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the correlation on self-directed learning ability and innovative behavior of clinical nurses. Methods 978 clinical nurses were researched by using RSSDLAC and IBS,all result were dealt with SPSS 13.0. Results The total score of self-directed learning ability of nursing staff was(122.74±12.65)scores,the total score of innovative behavior was (34.18±4.84)scores.Pearson correlation analysis showed,there was positive correlation between self-directed learning ability and innovative behavior(r=0.321 to 0.432,P<0.01). Conclusion Self-directed learning a-bility and innovative behavior of clinical nurses await to improve further,self-directed learning ability is the predictive factor of innovative behavior,training self-directed learning ability is conducive to promote developing of innovative be-havior,and improve nursing work quality.%目的:探讨临床护士自主学习能力与创新行为的关系。方法采用护理人员自主学习能力评价量表(RSS-DLAC)和创新行为量表(IBS)对978名临床护士进行调查,所有数据均采用SPSS 13.0进行处理。结果护理人员自主学习能力总分为(122.74±12.65)分,创新行为总分为(34.18±4.84)分。Pearson相关分析显示,自主学习能力与创新行为呈正相关性(r=0.321~0.432,P<0.01)。结论临床护士自主学习能力与创新行为有待进一步提高,自主学习能力是创新行为的预测因素,培养自主学习能力有助于促进护士创新行为的发展,提高护理工作质量。
