摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between the general selfefficacy and autonomous learning ability in undergraduate students specializing in nursing. Methods A total of 286 undergraduate students specializing in nursing were investigated by questionnaire survey. Results Score of general selfefficacy was (25.20±4.63) in undergraduate students specializing in nursing. “Using Email to communicate with other people” was an independent factor of general selfefficacy (P0.05). General selfefficacy was positively correlated with total autonomous learning ability, learning motivation, selfmanagement ability, cooperative learning ability and information literacy (P0.01). Conclusion It is helpful to improve the general self efficacy and selflearning ability by guiding the students to communicate with other people in the way of rational use of mailbox and so on.
机译:摘要:目的探讨护理学本科生一般自我效能感与自主学习能力的相关性。方法采用问卷调查法对286名护理专业本科生进行调查。结果护理专业本科生一般自我效能感得分为(25.20±4.63)。 “使用电子邮件与他人沟通”是普遍自我效能感的独立因素(P <0.05)。总体自我效能感与总自主学习能力,学习动机,自我管理能力,合作学习能力和信息素养呈正相关(P <0.01)。结论通过合理利用邮箱等方法指导学生与他人沟通,有助提高一般的自我效能感和自学能力。
