互动式孕晚期护理干预对产妇分娩认知、围生期指标与分娩结局的影响

         

摘要

Objective To study the influence of interactive nursing intervention at late pregnancy on delivery cognition, perinatal indicator and delivery outcome to explore its clinical applicability. Methods 120 puerperae accepting the an-tenatal care in our hospital From July 2013 to December 2014 were treated as a study objects,and they were simple randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group was given routine maternity,while study group was interactive nursing intervention at late pregnancy.Delivery cognitive score before and after delivery,perinatal indi-cators and delivery outcome of puerperae between two groups was recorded respectivey,and the results were analyzed and compared. Results Before nursing,there was no statistical difference of score of delivery knowledge,delivery attitude and puerperae response between two groups (P>0.05);after nursing,score of delivery knowledge,delivery attitude and puerperae response in study group was obviously higher than that of control group respectively,and there was a statisti-cal difference between two groups (P<0.05).After nursing,bleeding amount after delivery in study group was obviously less than that of control group,the total stage of labor in study group was obviously shorter than that of control group, and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05);there was no statistical difference of neonatal Apgar score and neonatal asphyxia rate between two groups (P>0.05).After nursing,the rate of vaginal delivery in study group was significantly higher than that of control group,cesarean section rate and bleeding rate after delivery in study group was significantly higher than that of control group respectively,and there was a statistical difference between two groups (P<0.05);there was no statistical difference of forceps rate and infection rate between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Interactive nursing intervention at late pregnancy can significantly improve the delivery recognition degree of puerperae and can improve the natural labor rate and reduce amount of bleeding after delivery,which is suitable for clinical long-term promotion and application.%目的:研究互动式孕晚期护理干预对产妇分娩认知、围生期指标与分娩结局的影响,并探讨其临床适用性。方法选择2013年7月~2014年12月于本院接受产检的120例产妇作为研究对象,将所有患者简单随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组产妇给予常规护理,研究组产妇给予互动式孕晚期护理干预。记录两组产妇护理前后的分娩认知评分、围生期各项指标以及分娩结局,并对结果进行分析、比较。结果护理前,两组产妇的分娩知识、分娩态度、产妇应对评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组产妇的分娩知识、分娩态度、产妇应对评分均明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组产妇的产后出血量明显少于对照组,总产程明显短于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇的新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿窒息率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组产妇的顺产率明显高于对照组,剖宫产率、产后出血率明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组产妇的使用产钳率、感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论互动式孕晚期护理干预可以显著提高产妇分娩认知度,提高其自然分娩率,减少产后出血量,适合临床长期推广应用。
