目的：探讨多发管状骨骨折并发脂肪栓塞的护理方法，并分析其临床效果。方法选择患者64例，实施护理干预前30例，实施护理干预后34例，比较两组患者发生并发症的情况，统计两组的预后。结果观察组发生低氧血症、呼吸道梗阻以及肺水肿的比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)，观察组患者好转出院的比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)，临床死亡的比例显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预对于降低脂肪栓塞后患者的死亡率、改善患者预后具有积极意义。%Objective To investigate the nursing methods and effectiveness of complicated fat embolism with by Multi-ple bone fracture. Methods 64 cases were choosed,30 cases in the former were not used nursing intervention imple-mentation,34 cases were used nursing intervention implementation,then complications and groups prognosis were com-pared in the two groups. Results The proportion of the observation group hypoxemi with airway obstruction and pul-monary edema proportions were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05),the observation group with proportion of hospital improvement were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05),clinical death signifi-cantly was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing interventions can reduce mortal-ity after embolism and improve the prognosis of patients,so it has a positive meaning.
