目的：观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的60例小儿支原体肺炎患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，在一般治疗基础上，实验组应用阿奇霉素治疗，对照组应用红霉素治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组治愈率为80.0%，总有效率为100.0%，均高于对照组的40.0%和96.7%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组不良反应发生率为16.7%，低于对照组的30.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎有更好的临床疗效，不良反应发生率低，值得临床推广。%Objective To observe the efficacy observation of azithromycin in treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 60 patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Based on the general treatment,azithromycin was given to the experimental group,erythromycin was taken to the control group,the efficacy was recorded in the two groups. Results In the experimental group,the cure rate was 80.0%,total effective rate was 100.0%,higher than 40.0%and 96.7% of control group respectively,the differences were significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 16.7%,lower than 30.0%of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Con-clusion Azithromycin in treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia has better clinical curative effect,and less adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical promotion.
