介绍了国外海上石油平台直升机作业安全事故的概况.提出影响海上直升机安全起降的两大环境危险源主要是湍流和平台设备排放的高温烟气；对比国内外直升机甲板设计的相关规范标准,阐述海上石油平台直升机甲板安全分析评估的研究技术路线；最后提出分析评估工作所需注意的问题.%By the brief analysis of the offshore helicopter operation accident, it is shown that the design of offshore helideck should be taken more attention at the stage of the project. It is clearly pointed out that the hot exhaust gas and turbulence are the main risk sources which affect the safety of helicopter operation. Comparing the relative helideck design codes. The principal research route of the helideck risk assessment is illustrated. Meanwhile, some concerned topics of the relative risk assessment is presented.
