The application of sesame oil in microscope oil immersion lens was studied, and compared with cedar oil traditionally used as observation medium of oil immersion lens in refractive index, observation effect under microscope and cleaning effect. The results showed that the refractive index, observation effect under microscope of sesame oil were similar to cedar oil, in addition, sesame oil could be cleaned effectively by various detergents. Sesame oil could be used as effective observation medium of oil immersion lens.%研究了芝麻油在显微镜油镜中的应用,并在折光率、镜下观察及清洗效果等方面与传统使用的香柏油进行对比.结果表明,芝麻油的折光率、镜下观察效果与香柏油相近,且可用多种洗涤剂进行有效清洗.芝麻油可作为油镜的观察媒介.
