Acid -heating method, ultrasonic wave freezing - thrawing and high -energy nano impact grinding were compared in the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil to find a suitable method for industry. The results showed that high - energy nano impact grinding method could increase the sporoderm - broken rate and oil yield significantly. The optimal conditions of breaking sporoderm were as follows: mass ratio of bead to Ganoderma lucidum spore 3:1,processing time 6 h . Under the optimal conditions,the yield of Ganoderma lucidum spore oil could reach 3.0.79% , and the sporoderm - broken rate was 90.36%.%通过比较酸热法、超声波冻融法和高能纳米冲击磨法对灵芝孢子粉破壁效果,找到适合工业化生产的孢子油提取的最佳破壁技术.结果显示:采用高能纳米冲击磨法可显著提高灵芝孢子的破壁率和孢子油得率,在球料比3∶1(质量比),球磨时间6h的条件下,破壁率为90.36%,灵芝孢子油得率为30.79%.
