TLP平台串行立管系统干涉影响因素分析∗

         

摘要

Interference may occur between serial risers since the TLP riser system is under complex forces�The interference factors mainly include riser spacing, platform offset, top tension, wave and current�Determining how such factors interfere the risers helps to support the design and operation safety of the TLP riser system�In this paper, the TLP serial risers differential equation was established, finite element models for P2P (production riser to produc⁃tion riser), P2D (production riser to drilling riser) and D2P (drilling riser to production riser) were established by using ABAQUS, and criteria for determining the interference and process of interference analysis were defined to ana⁃lyze how the factors affect the interference�The results show that the riser spacing and current are the most significant factors⁃the larger the riser spacing is, the less the interference possibility is�The TLP riser system usually suffers in⁃terference at the depth of 50~100 m, while the minimum space avoiding the riser interference is less than 4 m�Platform offset has less influence on the interference�Top tension has higher influence on the interference under D2P, but less under P2P and P2D�It may have the most significant influence on riser spacing when wave phase an⁃gle is 180°�Suspension of drilling is recommended under the condition of 100⁃year current.%TLP平台串行立管系统受力复杂,容易发生干涉,立管干涉的影响因素主要包括立管间距、平台偏移、顶张力、波浪和海流等,确定各因素对立管干涉的影响规律可为TLP 平台立管系统设计和作业安全提供支持。为此,建立TLP平台串行立管微分方程,采用ABAQUS软件建立P2P、 P2D和D2P ( P代表生产立管, D代表钻井立管)串行立管系统有限元模型,制订了评定立管干涉的标准和立管干涉分析流程,分析各因素对串行立管干涉的影响。分析结果表明,立管间距和海流对立管干涉影响较大,立管间距增大发生干涉的可能性变小;串行立管系统主要在50~100 m水深范围内发生干涉,防止立管发生干涉的最小间距不小于4 m; TLP 平台偏移对立管的干涉影响很小,顶张力对D2P工况串行立管干涉影响较大,对P2P 和P2D工况影响不大,波浪相位角为180°时对串行立管的间隙影响最大,在100 a一遇的海流条件下,建议停止钻井作业。研究成果可为南海TLP平台立管系统设计和作业安全提供技术支持。
