Objective To investigate the effect of Tobradex combined with humanistic nursing in treating postoperative inflammation of cataract extraction. Methods Totally 76 patients with postoperative inflammation of cataract extraction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 38 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with Tobradex, on this basis, the control group was given conventional nursing intervention, while the observation group was given humanistic nursing intervention. Results The evaluation indexes of nterior chamber inflammation, conjunctival conges-tion, corneal and palpebral edema, pain, photophobia and tearing of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better ( P < 0. 05 ) . The incidence rate of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, headache and abdominal pain in the observation group was 5. 26% , which was significantly lower than 21. 05% in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Tobradex combined with humanistic nursing in treating postoperative inflamma-tion of cataract extraction can improve the intraocular pressure, reduce inflammatory response, improve safety, it is worthy of promotion.%目的 探讨典必殊滴眼液治疗白内障术后炎症并实施人性化护理的疗效.方法 将医院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的白内障术后炎症患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例.两组患者均在术后采用典必殊滴眼液治疗,对照组接受传统常规护理干预,观察组实施人性化护理干预.结果 观察组患者前房炎症、结膜充血、角膜和眼睑水肿、疼痛、畏光及流泪等评分均显著低于对照组,症状改善效果更好(P<0.05);观察组患者恶心呕吐、头痛、腹痛等不良反应发生率为5.26%,显著低于对照组的21.05%(P<0.05).结论 典必殊滴眼液联合人性化护理治疗白内障患者术后炎症,可改善眼压,减少炎性反应,提高安全性,值得推广.
