Objective To promote the rational use of Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid. Methods Based on the usage condition of Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid in Chengdu Shaocheng Community to analyze the unreasonable usage and to explore the way to promote rational drug use. The survey adopted the occasional survey style and sent out 220 copies of questionnaire;Excel worksheets and SPSS 13. 0 were used to for statistical analysis of the effective questionnaires collected. Results There were a considerable number of people who were unclear about the indications of Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid,and had vague understanding of the cold;people with different ed-ucation level showed significant differences in the rational use of Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid and their treatment of adverse reac-tions. Conclusion There are still many unreasonable usages and deficiencies in Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral Liquid. We should promote the rational use of non-prescription drugs to ensure the safety of medication.%目的：促进藿香正气口服液的合理使用。方法以成都市少城社区藿香正气口服液的使用情况为基础，分析其存在的不合理之处，探讨如何更好地合理用药。采用偶遇式调查方式，发放问卷220份，使用Excel工作表和SPSS 13.0统计软件对回收的有效问卷进行分析。结果相当一部分人对藿香正气口服液的适应证不清楚，对感冒的了解模糊；且不同学历人群在合理使用藿香正气口服液方面有显著性差异，在不良反应及其处理方面也有很大差异。结论人们使用藿香正气口服液还存在不合理及不足，应加强宣传，保证用药安全。
