Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets. Methods The chro-matographic column was Waters Fire C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(20 : 80),the detection wavelength was 283 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear relation was good when the injection volume of naringin was in the range of 0. 280 32-2. 803 2 μg( r=1. 000 0,n=5). The average recovery rate was 99. 15%,and RSD was 1. 65%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,has good repeatability,high sensitivity and is reliable,which can be used for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets.%目的:建立测定骨刺片中柚皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Waters Fire C18柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),检测波长为283 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.28032~2.8032μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好( r=1.0000,n=5),平均加样回收率为99.15%,RSD为1.65%( n=9)。结论该方法简便快速,重复性好,灵敏度高,结果准确,可用于骨刺片中柚皮苷含量的测定。
