Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets. Methods The chro-matographic column was Waters Fire C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(20 : 80),the detection wavelength was 283 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear relation was good when the injection volume of naringin was in the range of 0. 280 32-2. 803 2 μg( r=1. 000 0,n=5). The average recovery rate was 99. 15%,and RSD was 1. 65%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,has good repeatability,high sensitivity and is reliable,which can be used for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets.%目的：建立测定骨刺片中柚皮苷含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Waters Fire C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈－水（20：80），检测波长为283 nm，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为30℃。结果柚皮苷进样量在0.28032~2.8032μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（ r=1.0000，n=5），平均加样回收率为99.15%，RSD为1.65%（ n=9）。结论该方法简便快速，重复性好，灵敏度高，结果准确，可用于骨刺片中柚皮苷含量的测定。
