Objective To analyze the treatment of 1 case of intracranial infection caused by acinetobacter baumannii to understand the medical level in basic hospital,and to further regulate the prevention and treatment of such diseases,as well as improving patients′ sur-vival rate. Methods The treatment option of 1 case of intracranial infection caused by acinetobacter baumannii was analyzed. Results Considering the patient′s condition,meropenem was selected to successfully treat the intracranial infection caused by acinetobacter bau-mannii. Conclusion The medical staff in the basic hospital can correctly understand intracranial infection caused by acinetobacter bau-mannii,can develop effective treatment programs to treat that type of patients;with the monitoring of clinical pharmacist,they can ensure the safety of patient′s medication.%目的：对1例颅内耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的治疗方案进行分析，了解基层医疗机构对该类患者的治疗水平，以进一步规范该类疾病的预防及治疗，提高患者存活率。方法分析1例颅内耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者的治疗方案。结果结合患者病情，选择美罗培南成功治疗颅内耐药鲍曼不动杆菌感染。结论基层医务人员能正确认识颅内耐药性鲍曼不动杆菌，对该类患者能制订有效治疗方案，在临床药师用药监护下，确保患者用药安全。
