Objective To provide reference for the treatment of Parkinson′s disease. Methods By consulting the literature,the treatment of Parkinson′s disease with various drug selection and efficacy differences were summarized,summed up and summarized. Results and Conclusion The treatment of Parkinson′s disease has been well studied in the aspects of variety development,formulation optimization, combination therapy and treatment.%目的：为帕金森病治疗药物的选用提供参考。方法通过查阅文献，就治疗帕金森病各种药物的选择及疗效差异进行综述。结果与结论治疗帕金森病的药物在品种开发、剂型优化、联合用药、治疗方案等方面已获得较好的研究。
