Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xinmailong Injection in treating acute left heart failure. Methods 128 cases with acute left heart failure from September 2011 to September in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 64 cases in each group. All patients were in sitting position and given ECG, oxygen, and symptomatic treat-ment such as antispasmodic, diuretic, cardiac, pulmonary edema elimination treatment;on the basis, the observation group was added with Xinmailong intravenous injection, 40 drops/min, once a day, continuous for 5 d. The clinical efficacy of the two groups, points respiratory rate ( RR ) , heart rate ( HR ) , oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) at different time, and the changes of 2 h blood gas analysis, left ventricular ejec-tion fraction ( LVEF ) , stroke volume ( SV ) , cardiac output ( CO ) , amino-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide ( NT-proBNP ) and ul-tra-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) levels before and after treatment. Adverse reactions were observed and recorded during treatment. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93. 75%, which was obviously higher than 87. 50% in the con-trol group, the difference was statistically significant ( P 0. 05 ) , and all symptoms of adverse reactions were mild and after symptomatic treatment did not affect further treatment. Conclusion Xinmailong Injection for acute heart failure can significantly relieve symptoms of patients, improve the indicators of cardiac function, and is safe to use, which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨心脉隆注射液治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法将2011年9月至2015年9月收治的急性左心衰患者128例随机分为观察组和对照组，各64例。两组患者均取坐位，心电监护，吸氧，给予解痉、利尿、强心、消除肺水肿等对症治疗；观察组在此基础上静脉滴注心脉隆注射液，滴速为40滴/分，1次/日，连续治疗5 d。观察两组患者的临床疗效，不同时间点的呼吸频率（RR），心率（HR），血氧饱和度（SaO2），治疗前、治疗2 h的血气分析，治疗前后左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、心搏输出量（CO），氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT－proBNP）及超敏C反应蛋白（hs－CRP）水平的变化，以及治疗期间的不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为93.75%，显著高于对照组的87.50%，差异有统计学意义（ P0.05），且所有不良反应症状均较轻微，经对症治疗后不影响进一步治疗。结论心脉隆注射液治疗急性左心衰，可显著缓解临床症状，改善心功能各项指标，使用安全，值得临床推广。
