黔产紫金龙药材重金属含量及有机氯农药残留量分析

摘要

Objective To establish a method for determination the residual contents of the heavy metals and organic chlorine pesticides of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom var. altifidum W. T. Wang in Guizhou. Methods The residual contents of heavy metals were determined by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry ( for Pb, Cd and Cu ) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry ( for As and Hg ) , and the concentrations of organic chlorine pesticides were determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results The residual contents of heavy metals and organic chlorine pesticides were lower than the limits of the national standards in the various areas, while the contents of Pb and Cu in 2 batches of samples exceeded the standard. Conclusion This method is rapid, reliable and sensitive for determining the residual contents of the heavy metals and organic chlorine pesticides of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom var. altifidum W. T. Wang; it provides a theoretical basis for the quality control standard of this medicinal plants and corresponding drug product.%目的：建立黔产紫金龙药材中铅、镉、铜、汞、砷重金属含量及有机氯农药残留量的测定方法。方法分别采用石墨炉－原子吸收法、氢化物－原子荧光光谱法测定紫金龙药材中铅、镉、铜、砷、汞重金属含量，气相色谱法测定药材中六六六、滴滴涕和五氯硝基苯9种有机氯农药残留量。结果除2批样品铅、铜超标外，其他药材中重金属及有机氯农药残留量均符合国家限量标准。结论所建立的测定方法快速、准确、灵敏，为紫金龙药材及含紫金龙的相关制剂原料来源的质量控制提供了理论依据。
