目的：探讨综合医院抗菌药物使用管理情况，提高合理用药水平。方法运用医院信息管理系统（HIS）药品管理子系统药品应用数据，对2013年第四季度及2012年同期门急诊、住院患者抗菌药物使用管理情况进行分析。结果2013年10，11，12月医院抗菌药物处方比例，门诊分别为20.11%，20.47%，25.86%；急诊分别为43.33%，42.85%，48.51%；病区分别为55.95%，54.48%，55.05%；Ⅰ类切口围手术期分别为56.25%，53.76%，50.55%；抗菌药物使用强度分别为41.02，35.55，23.87 DDDs。结论抗菌药物专项整治活动成效明显，但相关指标未达到上级部门管控要求，有的指标呈上升趋势。医院应加强管控力度，进一步提高抗菌药物使用的合理性。%Objective To investigate the use management situation of antibacterial drugs in general hospital for increasing the level of reasonable drug use. Methods The use and management situation of antibacterial drugs in the fourth quarter of 2013 and the corre-sponding period of 2012 drug in the outpatients,emergency patients and inpatients were performed the analysis by using drug manage-ment sub-system of the hospital information system(HIS). Results The proportions of the antibacterial prescriptions in October,Novem-ber and December 2013 were 20. 11% ,20. 47% and 25. 86% in the outpatient department respectively;43. 33% ,42. 85% and 48. 51% in the emergency department respectively and 55. 95%,54. 48% and 55. 05% in the inpatient department respectively;which during perioperative period in type Ⅰincision were 56. 25%,53. 76% and 50. 55% respectively. The use intensity of antibacterial drugs was 41. 02,35. 55,23. 87 DDDs. Conclusion The antibacterial drug special renovation activities have obvious effect,but the relevant targets fail to meet the control requirement of superior departments,even some indexes show the increasing trend. Hospital should strengthen the intensity on management and control in order to further enhance the rationality of antibacterial drug use.
