Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining the content of paeoniflorin in Guanxin Shengmai Pills. Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted and the C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate(14 :86). The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The sample size of paeoniflorin in the range 0. 106 0-1. 695 3 μg( r=0. 999 4) showed the good linear relation with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 98. 06%,RSD=0. 93%( n=6). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Pills.%目的：建立测定冠心生脉丸中芍药苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈－0.05 mol／L磷酸二氢钾溶液（14：86），检测波长为230 nm，柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷进样量在0.1060˜1.6953μg（ r=0.9994）范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，平均回收率为98.06%，RSD为0.93%（ n=6）。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确，可用于冠心生脉丸的质量控制。
