Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Kangfuxin Liquid wet dressing in the treatment of vulval ulcer after vaginal surgery. Methods 124 cases of vulval ulcer after vaginal operation in the hospital from August 2012 to May 2014 were select-ed and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,62 cases in each group. The two groups were given the con-ventional flush. The control group was added with 0. 02% povidone-iodine solution wet dressing,while the observation group with Kangfuxin Liquid wet dressing,twice daily for continuous 1 week. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96. 77%,which was significantly higher than 90. 32% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05),the symptom relieving time,skin lesion improve-ment time and ulcer healing time in the observation group were significantly shortened compared with the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05),the secretion disappearance rate and the scabbing rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (96. 77% vs 90. 32%,79. 03% vs 62. 90%,P ﹤ 0. 05),moreover no obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment pro-cess in the two groups. Conclusion Kangfuxin Liquid wet dressing in the treatment of vulval ulcer after vaginal surgery has rapid on-set of effect,higher secretions disappearance rate and scabbing rate,good ulcer healing and reliable curative effect without obvious ad-verse reactions,and is worth of clinical promotion.%目的：观察康复新液湿敷治疗阴式手术后外阴溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2012年8月至2014年5月医院妇科住院行阴式手术后发生外阴溃疡的患者124例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各62例。两组患者均进行常规冲洗，对照组加用0.02%碘伏溶液湿敷，观察组加用康复新液湿敷，均为每日2次，连续1周。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%，明显高于对照组的90.32%（ P﹤0.05），症状缓解时间、皮损好转时间及溃疡愈合时间均明显较对照组短（ P﹤0.05），治疗各阶段分泌物消失率及结痂率均明显高于对照组（96.77%比90.32%，79.03%比62.90%，P﹤0.05），且两组患者治疗期间均未发现明显不良反应。结论康复新液湿敷治疗阴式手术后外阴溃疡，起效快，分泌物消失率及结痂率均较高，溃疡愈合好，疗效可靠，且无明显不良反应，值得临床推广。
