目的：观察中草药足浴、灌肠联合西医治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）合并慢性肾衰竭（CRF）失代偿期患者的疗效。方法按随机数字表法将100例患者分为两组，各50例。对照组患者应用降血糖、降血压、调脂药物，以及雷公藤多苷片、胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗；治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用中草药足浴、灌肠治疗。结果治疗6个月后，两组患者临床症状均有改善，治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05）；治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐（SCr）、血尿素（BUN）、血尿酸（UA）均明显优于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论中草药足浴、灌肠联合西医治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭，可改善患者的SCr，BUN，UA水平及24 h尿蛋白定量，起到控制患者的临床症状和保护肾功能的作用。%Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine foot bath and enema combined with western medicine in treatment of hypertensive nephropathy(HN)complicated with decompensated chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods 100 cases of pa-tients were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group,50 cases in the treatment group. The control group used antihypertensive drugs,lipid-lowering drugs for treatment;the treatment group used antihypertensive drugs,lipid-lowering drugs and tra-ditional Chinese medicine foot bath and enema. Results The clinical symptoms of the two groups were improved after 6 months of treatment,but the total effective rate in the treatment group with the Chinese medicine foot bath and enema was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P 0. 05). Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine foot bath and enema combined with western medicine can reduce and improve the SCr,BUN,UA levels and 24 h urinary protein quantitative,which can control clinical symptoms and protect renal function of patients with hypertension nephropathy chronic renal failure.
