Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method for determining the content of puerarin in Shiweiyuquan Capsules. Methods The Agilent Eclipse-C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used with methanol-water ( 22 :78 ) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the wavelength was 250 nm. Results The linearity range of puerarin was 0. 171 5-0. 857 5 μg ( r=1. 000 0 ) . The average recovery rate was 99. 70%, RSD=0. 61%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensi-tive and accurate.%目的：建立测定十味玉泉胶囊中葛根素含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse-C18柱（250 mm ×4.6 mm，5μm），以甲醇-水（22：78）为流动相，检测波长为250 nm，流速为1.0 mL/min。结果葛根素的进样量线性范围为0.1715～0.8575μg（ r=1.0000），平均回收率为99.70%，RSD=0.61%。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于十味玉泉胶囊中葛根素的含量测定。
