Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of glucosamine combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 78 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the con-trol group, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given the treatment of oral glucosamine capsules. On this basis, the observation group was added with sodium hyaluronate by the intra-articular injection. The curative effects after 24-week treatment were compared between the two groups by the Womac osteoarthritis index, OA severity index and the visual analogue scale ( VAS ) . Results The total effective rate after treatment was 97. 44% in the observation group which was higher than 76. 92% in the control group ( P﹤0. 05 ) . The Womac osteoarthritis index in the observation group was ( 32. 42 ± 7. 02 ) ,OA severity index was ( 6. 11 ± 0. 99 ) ,VAS score was ( 1. 42 ± 0. 17 );while which in the control group were ( 40. 17 ± 7. 14 ) ,( 7. 79 ± 1. 01 ) and ( 2. 13 ± 0. 36 ) respectively. There were sta-tistically significant differences in these data between the two groups ( P﹤0. 05 ) . The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 5. 13%in the observation group and 2. 56% in the control group without statistical difference. Conclusion Glucosamine combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate can significantly improve the condition in the patients with knee osteoarthritis,alleviate the clinical symptoms of pain and limited joint activities,which is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：观察氨基葡萄糖联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将膝骨关节炎患者78例随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。对照组采用氨基葡萄糖胶囊口服治疗，观察组在此基础上加用透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗。治疗24周后采用Womac关节炎指数、OA严重程度指数和视觉模拟评分( VAS )法对两组进行疗效评价。结果治疗后，总有效率观察组为97.44%，显著高于对照组的76.92%（ P﹤0.05）。观察组的Womac骨性关节炎指数为（32.42±7.02）、OA严重程度指数为（6.11±0.99）、视觉模拟评分为（1.42±0.17）分，对照组的Womac骨性关节炎指数为（40.17±7.14）、OA严重程度指数为（7.79±1.01）、VAS评分为（2.13±0.36）分，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。不良反应发生率观察组为5.13%，对照组为2.56%，差异无统计学意义。结论氨基葡萄糖联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠可显著改善膝骨关节炎患者的病情，缓解患者疼痛、关节活动受限的临床症状，值得临床推广。
