目的 探讨拉贝洛尔治疗重度妊娠高血压综合征临床疗效.方法 选择2008年6月至2011年8月与医院就诊的重度妊娠高血压综合征患者120例,随机均分为两组.对照组60例给予硫酸镁常规解痉降压治疗,观察组60例在对照组基础上加用拉贝洛尔静脉滴注.结果 两组患者用药后平均动脉压均显著降低(P＜0.05),用药后观察组平均动脉压显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；两组患者用药后24 h尿蛋白显著降低(P＜0.05)；观察组胎心异常率和终止妊娠率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),而两组新生儿窒息率和产后出血率无统计学差异(P＞0.05).结论 拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗重度妊娠高血压综合征能有效降低患者平均动脉血压,减少24 h尿蛋白,改善母婴结局,值得推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of labetalol in the treatment of severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 120 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension in our hospital during June 2008 to August 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in the control group were given magnesium sulfate for conventional spasmolysis and reducing blood pressure treatment,and other 60 cases in the treatment group were given labetalol by intravenous drip on the basis of the control group treatment.Results The mean arterial blood pressure after treatment in both groups were significant decreased compared with prior treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The mean arterial blood pressure after medication in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group with statistical difference(P ＜0.05).The 24 h urine protein after treatment in both groups was obviously decreased compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05).The pregnancy termination rate and the fetal heart abnormal rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P ＜ 0.05).But,the occurrence rate of neonatal asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage had no statistical differences between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively reduce the mean arterial blood pressure and 24 h urine protein,improve the maternal and neonatal outcome,and deserve to be widely used in clinic.
