Objective To study the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection.Methods ADRs induced by Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection reported in domestic medicals during 2003-2010 were retrieved by means of CNKI and the related database was established for statistic analysis.Results Allergic reactions induced by Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection were more often seen, total 14 cases (82.35％).Among them, 6 cases were shock and 3 cases were drug fever.Conclusion According to the possible causes of ADRs, pharmaceutical care should be strengthened for avoiding ADR occurrence in the application of Cervus and Cucumis Polypeptide Injection.%目的 探讨鹿瓜多肽注射剂的不良反应发生特点,促进临床合理用药.方法 检索2003年至2010年4月(CNKI)中与鹿瓜多肽注射剂不良反应相关的文献,并进行统计分析.结果 鹿瓜多肽注射剂不良反应以过敏反应最为常见,共14例,占82.35%,其中过敏性休克6例;单纯药物热3例.结论 应加强用药监护,避免鹿瓜多肽注射剂应用中不良反应的发生.
