OBJECTIVE:To study the application of GnRH-a combined with E2 and medroxyprogesterone acetate in the treatment of endometriosis.METHODS:64 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from Jul.2008-May.2011 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was treated with GnRH-a while experimental group was additionally treated with E2 and medroxyprogesterone acetate on the basis of control group.After 3 months,the therapeutic efficacies of 2 groups were compared and analyzed.RESULTS:After treatment,the total effective rate of 2 group were 100.0％ and 87.5％,and experimental group had a higher rate (P＜0.05).The serum level of LSH,E2,BGP,VAS score and Kupperman score were improved significantly after treatment (P＜0.05).The serum levels of E2 and BPG in experimental group were obviously higher than in control group (P＜0.05),but the serum level of FSH,hot flushes and sweating score,bone and joint pain score in experimental group were obviously lower than in control group (P＜0.05).There was no ADR in 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS:GnRH-a combined with E2 and medroxyprogesterone acetate has a significant effect in the treatment of endometriosis and it has few side effects.%目的:观察促性腺激素释放激素激动药联合雌二醇与醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及安全性.方法:将64例子宫内膜异位症患者随机均分为试验组与对照组.对照组患者服用促性腺激素释放激素激动药,试验组患者在对照组的基础上联合服用雌二醇与醋酸甲羟孕酮.治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的疗效和安全性.结果:治疗后,试验组与对照组患者总有效率分别是100.0％和87.5％,试验组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者的血清雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、钙素水平、各项疼痛评分及Kupperman评分与治疗前比较均有显著改善(P＜0.05)；治疗后,试验组患者的血清雌二醇与钙素水平显著高于对照组(P＜0.05),而血清卵泡刺激素水平、潮热出汗评分及骨与关节痛评分显著低于对照组患者(P＜0.05).两组患者均未见严重不良反应发生.结论:促性腺激素释放激素激动药联合雌二醇与醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效显著,且安全性较好.
