OBJECTIVE: To realize the status quo, trend and rationality of platinum systemic chemotherapy for lung cancer patients in our hospital. METHODS: The use of platinum and its rationality in lung cancer patients receiving platinum chemotherapy in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically retrospectively. RESULTS: The platinum drugs administered in our hospital included oxaliplatin, carboplatin, nedaplatin and cisplatin, from top 1 to top 4 in terms of application amount. Among 381 included prescriptions, reasonable doctor's orders were 298 (78.22%), and 83 irrational prescriptions mainly laid in drug dosage, solvent selection, drug concentration and administration order, etc. CONCLUSION: Oxaliplatin dominates the application of lung cancer systemic chemotherapy in our hospital. The application of platinum drugs is basically reasonable, but there are still irrational phenomena in the dose of cisplatin, the solvent selection of carboplatin and administration order of chemotherapy combination.%目的:了解某肿瘤专科医院2008-2010年的药物应用情况.方法:根据该院2008-2010年的用药数据,采用金额排序法进行统计、分析.结果:该院药品总销售金额3年内呈逐年增长趋势,年均增长率达28.20％,且增幅逐年递增；抗肿瘤药、抗感染药、消化系统药、影响免疫功能药和血液及造血系统药销售金额连续3年稳居前5位,这5类药销售金额合计接近年度总金额的80％；每年用药品种数达500余种,10％的药品品种销售金额占全部销售金额的70％以上.结论:该院药物利用呈现明显的肿瘤专科特色,药物品种及销售金额呈明显的集中趋势,药品消费结构比较稳定.
