OBJECTIVE: To investigate the perioperative application of antibacterials in coronary angiography (CAG) in our hospital.METHODS: By retrospective survey, 168 medical records of CAG were collected from A, B, C wards of cardiology department in our hospital during Sept.-Oct.in 2008.The perioperative application of antibacterials was investigated.RESULTS: Anfibacterials weren't adopted in A ward, azithromycin or cefuroxime were adopted for infection prevention in B ward and eefuroxime or levofioxacin were adopted for infection prevention in C ward.No postoperative infection occurred in three wards.Average hospitalization stay were 2.6 d,2.9 d,2.8 d respectively(P＞0.05).The drug costs orA, B, C wards were 1 700 yuan, 2 995 yuan and 2 337 yuan, respectively.The drug costs of A ward was significantly lower than those of B and C wards(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION: The perioperative application of antibacterials in B and C wards is not reasonable.The problems are improper medication time and improper drug selection.That antibacterials aren't adopted in perioperative period of CAG will not affect the healing and can reduce the drug costs.%目的:了解我院冠脉造影术围术期抗菌药物的应用情况.方法:采用回顾性调查方法,抽取我院心内科A,B,C 3个病区2008年9-10月行冠脉造影的168份病历,调查围术期的抗菌药物应用情况.结果:A病区未应用抗菌药物,B病区术后应用阿奇霉素或头孢呋辛预防感染,C病区术后应用头孢呋辛或左氧氟沙星预防感染.A,B,C病区均未发生术后感染,平均术后住院时间分别为2.6,2.9,2.8 d(P>0.05)a A,B,C病区平均药品费用分别为1700,2 995,2 337元,A病区的药品费用明显低于B,C病区(P<0.05).结论:B,C病区围术期抗菌药物应用不规范,用药时机、药物选择不合理;冠脉造影术围术期不应用抗菌药物不仅不会影响伤口愈合,还可降低药品费用.
