目的:说明如何对肾病综合征继发奴卡菌感染进行药学监护及其对患者的重要性.方法:临床药师通过跟踪1例住院患者药物治疗的全过程,运用所学知识针对奴卡菌感染的用药方案提出合理化建议.结果:患者应用磺胺药物后病情逐渐好转.治疗期间临床药师提出的合理化用药建议均被采纳,不仅减少了患者用药风险,而且提高了患者的生活质量.结论:奴卡菌感染治疗应首选磺胺药物,出现皮下脓肿时应及时切开引流.临床药学监护有助于临床合理用药.%OBJECTIVE: To illustrate the approach of pharmaceutical care for patients with nocardiosis secondary to nephrotic syndrome and the importance of it. METHODS: By tracking the whole process of drug therapy in a nocardiosis patient, clinical pharmacists learned to understand drug regimens for nocardiosis infection and tried to give reasonable suggestions using their pharmaceutical knowledge. RESULTS: After sulfonamides treatment, the patients recovered slowly from nocardiosis infection. The suggestions of clinical pharmacists for drug therapy were adopted by physicians, which not only decreased the risk of medication, but also improved the life quality of patients. CONCLUSION: Sulfonamides are the first choice for nocardiosis treatment and timely incision and drainage are necessary if subcutaneous abscess appears. Clinical pharmaceutical care contributes to rational use of drugs in the clinic.
