一种苯基2萘胺抗氧剂的合成与应用

         

摘要

A phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant was synthesized via Michael addition and amidation reactions with parabromoaniline,lauryl amine and 2-naphthylamine as raw materials,and its chemical structure was confirmed by 1 H- and 13 C-NMR spectroscopy and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. Thermal analysis results indicated that this phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant had a high thermal stability.The oxidation induction time for a polyethylene compound containing the phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant was 1 5 7 .5 3 min and the carbonyl index was 0 .2 5 ,suggesting that the phenyl 2-naphthylamine antioxidant had an excellent stabilizing efficiency.%以对溴苯胺、十二胺和2萘胺为原料,通过迈克尔加成和酰胺化缩合反应合成了一种苯基2萘胺抗氧剂,并将其应用于高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)中。利用核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和液相色谱质谱法、差示扫描量热法和热失重法对所合成的抗氧剂进行了分析表征。结果表明,合成的苯基2萘胺抗氧剂与设计的分子结构一致,且产品纯度较高;该抗氧剂具有较好的热稳定性,其氧化诱导期为157.53 min,老化70 h后其羰基指数仅为0.25。
