氨基改性氧化石墨烯及其与环氧树脂的复合

         

摘要

Research on aminofunctional modification of graphene oxide sheets and its composite with epoxy resin was carried out. Using flake graphite as a raw material, graphite oxide was prepared by Hummers method, and obtained graphene oxide sheets by ultrasonic process. Triethylenetetramine and ethylenediamine was introduced to the surface of graphene oxide sheets by shrink mixture method, and then epoxy/aminofunctional modified graphene oxide sheets composite was prepared. The characterization with XRD, TGA, FTIR, Raman, and SEM showed the partial reduction of graphene oxide sheets after the aminofunctional modification. Besides, the introduction of modified graphene oxide sheets into epoxy composite increased the elastic modulus and tensile strength of composite by 100 % and 60 %, respectively.%对氧化石墨烯的氨基改性进行了研究,并探索了其在环氧树脂复合材料中的应用。以鳞片石墨为原料,采用Hummers法制备了氧化石墨,进而超声剥离制备了氧化石墨烯。采用三乙烯四胺和乙二胺,用缩合剂法对氧化石墨烯进行改性,并制备相应的环氧树脂复合材料。通过X射线衍射、热重分析、红外光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜等测试方法对所制备的材料进行了表征。结果表明,通过改性可将三乙烯四胺和乙二胺引入氧化石墨烯的表面,且氧化石墨烯被部分还原;氨基改性氧化石墨烯作为分散相加入环氧树脂基体中制备的复合材料的弹性模量和拉伸强度较纯环
