乙二酸体系中制备纳米Fe3O4及其电磁性能

         

摘要

Fe3O4, nano-particles were prepared by means of liqiud co-precipitation method in oxalic acid system. The effects of iron salt, dosage of iron salt and precipitation time on particle size, shape, and complex permeability of the products were investigated. The particle size, shape, and complex permeability of the products were measured by XRD, SEM, TEM and vector network analyzer. The results show that the suitable experimental conditions in oxalic acid system are that the amount of raw material FeSO4 is 0.4 mol/L and the precipitation time is 20 min. Fe3O4 particles with average particle size 13 nm are obtained. The complex permeability, dielectric loss tangent and hysteresis losses tangent are all the highest%以乙二酸为有机添加剂,氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用液相共沉淀法制备纳米Fe3O4,研究制备过程中各影响因素如铁盐种类、铁盐用量及沉淀反应时间对产物粒度、形貌和复磁导率的影响.采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、透射电镜及矢量网络分析仪对纳米Fe3O4颗粒的粒度、形貌和复磁导率进行检测与表征.结果表明:在乙二酸及氢氧化钠沉淀剂体系中,最适宜的试验条件是:硫酸亚铁为原料,硫酸亚铁用量为0.4 mol/L,晶化反应时间为20 min,在此条件下制备的纳米FeO4平均粒径为13 nm,不仅复磁导率最大,而且介电损耗正切值和磁滞损耗正切值都最大.
