目的 探讨传统护理与临床路径护理在正常产褥期的应用效果.方法 120例正常产褥期产妇, 依据护理措施不同分为传统护理组和临床路径护理组, 各60例.传统护理组给予常规性护理措施, 临床路径护理组给予临床路径护理措施.比较两组临床效果.结果 临床路径护理组产褥期产妇的产后出血、会阴感染、产后抑郁、产后疼痛程度明显优于传统护理组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床路径护理在正常产褥期的应用可以降低产妇产后出血、会阴感染、产后抑郁、产后疼痛程度, 值得临床推广应用.%Objective To investigate application effects by traditional nursing and clinical pathway nursing in normal puerperium.Methods A total of 120 puerpera in normal puerperium were divided by different nursing measures into traditional nursing group and clinical pathway nursing group, with 60 cases in each group. The traditional nursing group received conventional nursing measures, and the clinical pathway nursing group received clinical pathway nursing measures. Clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical pathway nursing group had better postpartum hemorrhage, perineum infection, postpartum depression, and postpartum pain degree than the traditional nursing group. Their differences all had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of clinical pathway nursing in normal puerperium can reduce postpartum hemorrhage, perineum infection, postpartum depression, and postpartum pain degree. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
